Smores in Central Asia?

Yes, you read correctly. We made Smores in the middle of Central Asia! A friend brought Sally Katherine and I graham crackers from the U.S. When we found mini-marshmallows at a store in our city we decided that we needed to make some smores. We invited out friend (who is in the city studying language) over to experience the fun. Much to our surprise she brought real Hershey chocolate bars. We had planed on using a local chocolate bar but smores are so much better with Hershey chocolate! Since we did not have fire place nor camp fire we decided to roast the marshmallows in the oven. We melted the chocolate bars in the toaster oven and then put the whole gooey mess together. It tasted amazing!!!!!!! I can not explain in words just how good it was. We made a huge mess but we had a great time.
